When the “gray tsunami” hits and the older generation leaves our industry, how do you plan to attract and train the younger generation to prepare estimates for your company? We suggest you join our local chapter for educational activities, renewing or establishing relationships with people in the St. Louis construction family and learn of the benefits of membership.
In ASPE’s role as the “construction industry’s leader and recognized authority for professional estimating,” it is our job to provide programs that attract new talent to the profession, further the development of current estimators, and help define what an estimator is.
